Helping parents and leaders build relationships that work.

Hi! I’m Rachel, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve been coaching parents and running parent programs since 2010, and it’s been the honor of my lifetime.

While I specialize in helping moms raise their strong-willed boys into kind young men, I also love being on stage, teaching workshops, and sharing stories. Here’s a quick overview of what I do:

1.  The Boy Mom Academy™
This is for parents who want community, customized support, and practical strategies for raising their sons to be kind, calm, and cooperative. It’s my inner circle, where I teach The Boy Mom Method™ – a 4-step approach to keeping boys close, emotionally grounded, and set up for success, whether they have a diagnosis or not.

I use my parenting expertise to work with moms of boys who are emotionally explosive, highly sensitive, or aggressive when they don’t get their way. In the Academy, we’re raising the next generation of men to do better by prioritizing relationships over power.

2.  Speaking + Workshops
I speak in schools, companies, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). If you want to support your community with meaningful, research-backed tools on topics like raising strong-willed kids, mindfulness, setting limits with love, digital habits, or supporting working parents, I’d love to bring a seminar or workshop to your organization.

I also host free community events throughout the year, including a monthly Boy Mom Support Circle, a parent book discussion group, and pop-up workshops on parenting strong-willed boys (and girls!). To get updates about upcoming events, join my newsletter below.

3.  Certified Executive Coach
I’m also a Certified Executive Coach focused on productivity, leadership, and work-life balance. Many (though not all) of the leaders I coach are also parents juggling big responsibilities at work and raising the next generation of leaders at home. The throughline in all my work is simple: relationships matter most.

4. And finally…
I’m the proud mother of three of life’s best teachers, all boys.  Read this very personal and vulnerable story I wrote about the challenges I faced raising them.
