Helping parents and leaders build relationships that work.
Hi! I’m Rachel, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve been coaching parents and running parent programs since 2010, and it’s been the honor of my lifetime.
While I specialize in helping moms raise their strong-willed boys into kind young men, I also love coaching leaders, facilitating groups, being on stage, and sharing practical tools that help people thrive at home and at work. Here’s a quick overview of what I do:
This is for parents who want community, customized support, and practical strategies for raising their sons to be kind, calm, and cooperative. It’s my inner circle, where I teach The Boy Mom Method™ – a 4-step approach to keeping boys close, emotionally grounded, and set up for success, whether they have a diagnosis or not.
I use my parenting expertise to work with moms of boys who are emotionally explosive, highly sensitive, or aggressive when they don’t get their way. In the Academy, we’re raising the next generation of men to do better by prioritizing relationships over power.
I speak and facilitate workshops for schools, companies, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). My interactive sessions support parents, caregivers, employees, and leaders with practical, research-backed tools they can put to use right away.
Topics include raising strong-willed kids, setting limits with love, digital wellness, motivation, protecting your energy and well-being, and sustaining energy and focus for high performance. I’d love to bring a seminar, workshop, or group coaching experience to your organization. Schedule time to chat about your next event here.
I also host free community events throughout the year, including a monthly Boy Mom Support Circle, parent discussions, and pop-up workshops. To get updates about upcoming events, visit our events page.
I’m also a Certified Executive Coach focused on leadership, well-being, productivity, and work-life balance. I work with leaders individually and in groups to create the space to think, identify meaningful breakthroughs, and turn insight into action. Many (though not all) of the leaders I coach are also parents juggling big responsibilities at work and raising the next generation of leaders at home.
The throughline in all my work is simple: relationships matter most.
I’m the proud mother of three of life’s best teachers, all boys. Read this very personal and vulnerable story I wrote about the challenges I faced raising them.
