I’m a Certified Parent Coach through Seattle Pacific University’s Parent Coaching Institute and a Certified Executive Coach. I hold an MSW from UC Berkeley, with a specialization in Children and Family Services. I have a Breakthrough Parenting credential, and I’m a long-time coach and educator for Jewish Children and Family Services. I bring professional expertise combined with the real-world experience of raising three boys of my own. While credentials are important, so is the deep experience I’ve gained since I began this journey in 2010.

I also provide professional development workshops for teachers, including specialized training on working effectively with boys in the classroom. My corporate programs are specifically designed for working parents and companies that want to support their employees. “Work Smart, Parent Well” is my signature program for ERGs and corporate settings, combining productivity, time management, and parenting strategies. I also address how to get kids off screens and sharpen communication strategies so kids will listen, connect, and cooperate.
My seminar rates differ for public schools (starting at $600) and private companies (starting at $900) and vary based on how many seminars you book, their length, and location (virtual vs. in-person).
